Everything!!!! The service is absolutely impeccable. They did not let me lift a finger (or a bag). The room is so nice, just remodeled. The bed is so beyond comfortable. The toiletries all provided are incredible. The restaurant is outstanding and breakfast is insanely amazing. I could go on and on. I cannot wait to come back.

It's always the people who make the difference and the two who looked after us during our stay could not have been better. Warm and welcoming it was like staying with friends and yet there was always professionalism and attention to detail. Whilst our quite spacious 'small' room may not have had quite the style of the public areas it was nevertheless very comfortable. The team took a pride in offering food and drink of a high quality with some interesting and unusual offerings and yet it all felt comfortable and not at all pretentious. A great location and we were comfortable leaving the motorbike in their car park.

The staff are very lovely, attentive, and helpful all the time. I was upgraded to a bigger room. There is free parking in front of the hotel. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. There are fried sausages, fried eggs, and fresh orange juice. It is a very good hotel and I will definitely use it again if I go to Kranjska Gora.
