The hotel is new. I love that everything is clean. For those people expecting a five star facilities/property, I suggest you book a Mandarin Oriental, Shangrila or Peninsula. Don’t expect it in a hundred dollar room a night. This hotel is already great as is. Value for money. Staff are great! Location wise, the neighborhood is pretty decent. My husband and I loved it. Will definitely come back.

These property is absolutely charming. The hotel is boutique and our room was petite, but that is exactly what we expected. We worked out if the gym most morning and it's well equipped with all the equipment you'll. need. The staff are engaging and helpful. I would highly recommend you include breakfast with your stay. Conveniently located. Thoughtful provision of Tuk-tuk rides to Siam paragon even though it is really near, saved us walking in the heat! Extremely polite staff, very clean throughout. Very comfortable beds, bathroom was huge and we had a choice of tub and shower. Quality bath products. Recycling bin in bathroom. Complimentary mini-bar and snacks. Good variety for breakfast.

    everything and especially service. Our first 10-day stay was for business purpose, and hotel helped us receive parcels and offered all kind of services. Our second stay was the day coming back from phuket before leaving Thailand next day, not only hotel kept our luggages for 2 weeks while we travelled in other cities, they offered us family rooms (communicating) without asking. Besides, location is a 10++ and hotel restaurant is surprisingly good (comparing to same level London restaurants).

    The room and other facilities (especially the gym on Level 4) met my expectations in terms of comfort, usability and cleanliness. The Staff were always friendly and attentive to all of my queries. The security provided through the hotel gives so much peace of mind for new foreign travelers such as myself. The 7 11 shop located within the facility was an added bonus. PS; try the Cosmopolitan at the bar after a hot day out sightseeing, you'll thank me later ;)

    I loved the staff and the hospitality we had the 3 bed apartment and were left some nice sweets by the owner for mom birthday. The rooms were so spacious and the view was to die for. Breakfast buffet was delicious and the pool was amazing. I can’t fault Lebua my family loved our stay. Esp eating at Sirocco! Just the amount of care they put in to making my family and I feel welcome was amazing. Love to Lebua Bangkok

People in the market who are selling foods are friendly and kind. Good to observe local people's life even while transit time of the flight.

    I had lived in Bangkok for > 10 years, and chose Bangna due to it's easy connection to the airport, good facilities and transport links to the city centre. This stay was at the end of a 3 week road trip covering 3000km. Next time I would plan to stay a few more days in Bangna.

    I stayed near the Victory monument , area which is like a hub for public transportation so it was very easy to get around for cheap. There s a nice little park nearby the hotel to get away from all the traffic and relax or do some jogging. Not many big shopping centers , around the victory monument the bigest one was the One center which has a few decent restaurants on the 3 rd floor. The hotels are cheaper around this area and you can go anywahere with bts or bus or grab/ bolt or motorbike taxis etc

    The hotel was extremely hard to find even though I was within 20 metres. The rooms just sit quietly above a dim sum restaurant. Very little signage on the street and no direct direction on booking.com Friendly staff once discovered though. Even my taxi driver couldn't get directions from a shop close by. Needs clarification on web site of location above Dim sum restaurant.

    I had a great time at this location.

    I had a great time at this location. It was very close to the BTS train system and a mall is directly across the street. Up the street both ways are some good night markets, 7-11 on the corner, ATM is also right there, plus several street vendors for food, coffee shop, KFC and other shops are up the street.

    not recommended to book in this hotel. much under...

    not recommended to book in this hotel. much under expectation and less standard than the rate and photos in booking. all was bad. Especially the hotel charged me with extra night for the checked out day and withdraw from my bank visa without justification, or mentioning this in the policy of the hotel. when I copmlained to hotel and booking, my money never return back to my bank account for one extra night though the booking.com followed them and they lied saying we transferred the money to my bank account after booking complain without transferring the money for the checked out night they took, or providing providing bank statement of the transfer. I am still trying to get my ony back hopeless since they do not answer my messages sent to the hotel through booing and booking is not replying back to me, no valid number I can contact, or message after several trials. both the hotel and booking does not reply, or have easy access for communication to return the money back and send supporting document of the the transfer. BAD SERVICES FROM BOTH HOTEL AND BOOKING.COM who ignored my request after following it up with the hotel at the beginings and promised the money with be transferred back to my account that had been withdrawn from it the check out night as per their complain and communication with the hotel.

Many people arrive to spend a couple of nights before flying off elsewhere, Phuket, Chiang Mai etc. It's appearance is crowded and chaotic around Sukhumvit where I mainly stay. However, the reality is quite different. A few streets back behind the madness is a serenity one doesn't expect. The places you can stay are World class for much less than you'd pay in Europe. It's safe and friendly as most of Thailand. Sukhumvit is only a tiny part of the city. There's the river, Chinatown, the Indian quarter, Arabic areas, Old Town. Bangkok is a fascinating city. Just give it more than a couple of days and you'll be surprised.
