Amazing clean room, every day room service, nice garden. Very helpfull and nice host. She had a good advice about dinner and breakfast places, historical places to visit and she arrange afternoon trip for us from the hotel (tuk tuk and boat combination - 2 hours, good price, stop by three temples). Ten minutes walk to the big night market and historical city center.

    The room was artistically decorated with traditional Thai cabinet displays and looked out onto a quiet courtyard/swimming pool. We had stayed in the hotel pre- 2020 and were not disappointed on our return. It remains well maintained and popular, especially with overseas visitors. Lovely breakfast; lovely garden overlooking the river with Wat Phuttaisawan lit up at night on the opposite bank. Good restaurants within walking distance - turn right or left at the entrance. There is a small car park. Slept really well.

    Located just by the side of the river and 3 minutes walking to the railways station. The place is super cozy and the manager Helene is an amazing young lady always ready on helping the customer.     We were with car so we didn't look for any central location, just for quiet place to relax. The outside area is really beautifull and we enjoed the pool, that was clean and with plesant temperature of water. It is very photogenic place. Also we were upgraded to better room with a lot of space.

    wonderful place on a nice island, withe send beach only disturbed by the numerous speed-boat playing around the pier. Nice place for snorkeling at the opposed end of the Samae Beach. Hotel staff very nice and helpful.

    The temples are very interesting, and it takes time to visit at least 6 or 7. It's advisable to visit with a guide or a tuk-tuk. The city doesn't offer much else. Even the food options are limited (in July). Very good place Coffee Old City and Earthling Craft - Coffee & Bar (if you are not afraid of spiders)

    My favorite part was the garden!

    My favorite part was the garden! I loved the little rabbit and the chicken, and the garden was so pretty with the waterfall, mist, plants, and pond. The room was very clean and quiet, and I got the pool view, which was really nice. They have a lot of amenities, including a pool and a cute cafe, Moakmai. The staff were very welcoming, especially Khun Aey, who showed me around the amenities and the garden. They also served Japanese breakfast by the pool, which was a lovely touch.

    Very cultural & if well planned most areas are accessible by bike - we hired for a couple of days & did 3-4hrs each day which was more than enough to visit multiple sites especially in the heat & humidity

    The site is easy to get to just asked any taxi driver. You could wander around for hours just see everything. Maybe not for children. cost me 80baht, Thai get in a lot cheaper. They is places to eat out side site.
