I had a great stay at Ulysse Palace Djerba. The entire staff were so professional and showed true hospitality. they were accommodating to my elderly mom. So helpful and kind. I will definitely go back again to enjoy a longer vacation. kudos to all especially Adel, Ilyès, latifa, Manal, tahani, and Issam F&B manager. Thank you for your hard work and going above and beyond. Lovely touch for our honeymoon with flower petals and a.pair of folded towel swans. The hotel was beautiful and we had a lovely 2 night stay there. The amenities were ample, the sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable. The wifi was good. The pool and jacuzzi looked so enticing, but we couldn't enjoy it due to the cold weather. The location in djerbahood was central to get around anywhere on the island. Taxi station is only a few minutes walk But the best of all we absolutely loved Hamza and Ibtissem. Despite our lack of Arabic and french proficiency and using Google translate they were ever so patient and kind in providing assistance whenever with needed with a smile.on their face. Breakfast that was included was generous and filling. Dinner can be provided on order was delicious and well valued. I definitely recommend Dar Naël for a few nights stay if you're visiting Djerba!

Super nice hotel. Relatively new, which means many taxi drivers didn't yet know of its existence. But that didn't take away from the hotel's natural charm and the quaint environment that it's situated in.
