The Residence Douz was a wonderful resort, beyond my expectations. It was amazing to be able to relax in the middle of the desert like this. I especially liked the opportunity to experience the Arabic sauna hammam. All the staff, including the manager Mr.Anis Zayana, were very friendly and kind. I will never forget the hospitality of this hotel. Thank you.

Staying here was an absolute dream! The camp is located right in the Sahara Desert, with cozy and beautifully decorated tents just a few meters away from the golden sand dunes. Waking up to the vast, untouched landscape was simply breathtaking. The experience was incredibly immersive, making us feel truly connected to the desert. Our amazing host, dressed in traditional clothes, made everything even more special. Watching him prepare traditional bread in the sand over an open fire, all under a sky bursting with countless stars, was pure magic. The food was exceptional, with a full-course dinner featuring delicious starters, mains, and more. Every detail was carefully thought out to ensure an authentic and unforgettable stay. I've been in most of the hotels in Douz, and in my opinion, this is the best one in town. The reception service was nice, the person behind the desk was chatty and funny. The room was neat and comfortable, with a nice pool view. The swimming pool is big enough and looks pretty.

Abdula and Momo greeted us and we spent the evening baking bread in the Sahara sand watching the sun go down. The entire place had a super relaxed feel. Thank you Abdula for taking us to meet your family and baby goats ☺️

Very nice and kind hosts. The hotel is very new, it opened last year. Everything is very clean, rooms have AC. The place consists of a big garden full of nice plants and fruits with little guest houses. The best part was that they accommodated to our vegan diet, the food was so good. In Tunisia, finding vegetarian/vegan food is an almost impossible task. At this place, they understood what vegan means and cooked us some great food.

Faima is a recently renovated villa in Douz, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. The property has inner courtyard views.

This is a beautiful apartment in Douz. It is very spacious and it is nice and cosy. Extremely clean. Great comfort. Amazing host. Has everything you would need after a long drive here. If I came to Douz again, I would only stay here.
