I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mirage Resort in Hammat, Tunisia, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the amazing staff, particularly Khalid at the reception, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Upon learning about my last-minute booking and previous bad experience, Khalid welcomed me with genuine warmth and offered me a complimentary dinner as a treat on my first day. This thoughtful gesture immediately made me feel valued and appreciated as a guest. In addition, he surprised me by upgrading my accommodation to a villa close to the pool, which was a wonderful bonus. The level of service and attention to detail at the Mirage Resort is truly commendable. When I expressed my desire for a hairdresser, the staff promptly organized for a skilled professional to come to my room and take care of my needs. This convenience and personalized service made me feel pampered and well taken care of throughout my stay. The hotel's dining experience exceeded all my expectations. The dinner offerings were not only delicious but also showcased the culinary expertise of the kitchen staff. I thoroughly enjoyed every meal, and the variety of options ensured that there was something to please every palate. The attentive and friendly service by the restaurant staff further enhanced my dining experience. During my stay, I had the pleasure of meeting the hotel manager on two occasions. His friendly and approachable demeanor impressed me, and it was evident that he genuinely cared about the satisfaction of the guests. It is rare to find a manager who takes the time to interact with guests personally, and his presence added an extra touch of elegance and respect to the overall ambiance of the hotel. The Mirage Resort ‘s animation team deserves special recognition for their professionalism and dedication.

It's our 3rd time returning to the Sultan, this time with even more friends and family. We had a wonderful stay again thanks to all the fun activities, padel, tennis, animation, mini disco and a lovely private beach. The room was comfy as always and the vibe was amazing. A special thanks to Mouna and Tata for entertaining our daughter and her friend ❤️. Big thanks to Mounir from the reception and to all the chefs and waiters for making my husband's birthday dinner unforgettable. Also a big shout out to the fabulous animators Haykel and Jamel for organising all the cool sport activities and to the lovely housekeeper lady that made a Swan decoration with flower petals on our bed. Hope to be back again next year. 🙏😊

We're a retired American couple in our 50s and 60s, and we had a fabulous two-week stay here. The staff are all so helpful and impeccably polite, we felt as if we were among old friends. The food was the biggest surprise. There were lots of dishes familiar to Westerners, delicious and in ample quantities at all three meals, with attentive wait staff to help us find a table and bring us wine, water and beer. The pool was super clean and clear, and the bar by the pool was staffed by the friendliest guys who enjoyed doing their job. There's a rockin water aerobics class in the morning. We used the spa extensively because all the treatments were both so good and so cheap. The room was clean and kept that way by a charming housekeeper who made sure we had everything we needed and left rose petals on our pillows. The tub shower was perfect, and we never ran out of hot water. We enthusiastically recommend the El Mouraudi Yasmine Hammamet.

Every single thing, this hotel is worthy of 5 stars without any doubt. I arrived at the hotel and they didnt have any rooms with king size beds for my and wife and I, first thing the receptionist does is take us to the dining hall to enjoy a complemetary lunch, later, they bumped us right up to a Bungalow with the appropriate bed. The beach and pools are very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly. I met the executive Chef Mehrez there and he even treated us to some dishes that are not even on the menu! The restaurant handled over 500 easily with so many types of foods from different cuisines, the quality and taste are unmatched, eventhough i later went to a 5 star rated hotel. This place is definitely the cleanest and best featured hotel i have ever visited in all of Tunisia!

The location is perfect, the beach is wonderful , and the animation team are exceptional. the beach attendant was also very professional and helpful when ever we needed a long chair or to change place in the shade or under the sun. It was one of the most wonderful stays I have experienced. All restaurants and snack bars had very delicious varieties. The rooms were clean and the beds are comfy. I really recommend Les Oranges beach , this was my first time and my family and I are going back very soon. This is a small, mainly agricultural town (best strawberries I have ever had!) with most tourist activities centered around the Africa Jade hotel and surrounding area. People are extremely friendly and helpful and the city has a very relaxed vibe. Short drive to Nabeul (25 mins) where there is a ton of shopping/restaurants/cultural activities. About an hour and a half by car to Tunis. For a getaway, it is perfect and the town and region are home to some of the best spices and produce (citrus, strawberries, tomatoes) in the country. I speak limited French and Arabic and everyone went out of their way to assist me. Not a ton "to do" unless you're at the hotel or the beach (fabulous beaches!) but for a little getaway or R&R, can't be beat.
