- From US$60.22 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.7Good - What previous guests thought, 26 reviewsMy friend and I had an incredible 7-day stay at the hotel that exceeded all our expectations. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the kindness and hospitality of the staff, especially Ramazan. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, and we’re deeply grateful for his warmth and genuine friendliness. Ramazan played a huge role in making our time at the hotel so enjoyable. Without a doubt, we’ll be returning! We're already planning our next trip to Istanbul in August and look forward to staying at the 'Trip Hotel' again. Amazing value for money—thank you so much!Guest review byGeorgiBulgaria

Since this is just the second time I was in Istanbul, I can...
Since this is just the second time I was in Istanbul, I can say my favorite places are Boğaziçi Üniversitesi, İstanbul Üniversitesi, Çay Bahçesi which is near the Istanbul University, it is also near a very old library. We ate at different places, we really loved Emek Kafe where there are büreks and other tasty things. My mom and I had su büreği and it was delicious. Our friend also had it and he had bürek with potatoes, which we also tried and it was a bit spicy. We do not really like spicy food, but in any case it was also tasty. We also loved the food in Yörem Kebab Salonu - the staff, the live music, the prices, everything was great. I cannot say it is easy to get around Istanbul especially for a blind person - my mom and I are blind and our friend who is sighted was guiding us, but the streets were pretty narrow and there were no traffic lights everywhere. The drivers would not really stop when we passed by and that was a bit tedious, but maybe one could get used to this if they live there, even a blind person who learns the routes and uses the white cane. I think that walking around the city and riding around in a ship from which you can see Bosfora and other great landmarks is a great activity. We also visited the white cane festival at the Istanbul University, where people can see all the different things blind people are able to do - such as making different purses and key chains with strings, using different white canes, playing computer games. I was in Istanbul only for three days and I wish I stayed longer, it is such a big city that I have not discovered half, maybe even more than half of the things there. The first time when I was there was seven years ago and I stayed only for one day. I will definitely go to Istanbul again, it is great and people are so hospitable, warm and friendly.Guest review byosman - 6.0

If you want an inexpensive clean room during your layover, this hotel will be good. But you must consider this hotel and other hotels are on the flight path. I personally could not sleep all night, so I never go back to any hotels in this area.Guest review byH. G. YoonUnited States - 6.0

This is a very old crossroad, market city. There are many historic sites to visit but they are mostly mosques. If you are into shopping - this is fine place for it but be prepared for big brand knock-offs everywhere. Traffic can be ridiculous.Guest review byValeryBulgaria - 10.0

Old city charm, quite unexpected after you arrive in a big city that on face value doesn’t look that charming. We had a great 24 hours. Tuzla is a wonderful area on the edge of Istanbul.
Tuzla is a wonderful area on the edge of Istanbul. It has much fewer tourists and more of the local people, which gives it a more authentic feel of its culture. Despite having many restaurants and cafes now, you can still enjoy its calm atmosphere.Guest review byOWSamadi90Lebanon - 6.0

Very hard to find a bar selling alcohol. However there were lots of off licenses. Some bars said they sold alcohol but then ran to the off license when you placed your order! We visited at the time of the cherry festival which was good.Guest review byJessicaUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Nature walks, a lot of nice places to enjoy the beautiful scenery of valleys and mountains, Sapancha is a very nice place to spend a couple of good long days with the family and kids or with your partner. A lot and I mean a lot of nice places to have breakfast or lunch with a stunning view. Shopping is great especially the outlet at izmit.Guest review byJasem AliKuwait - 4.0
Corlu is fine but not a tourist place.
Corlu is fine but not a tourist place. I was visiting friends. You are asking all these things but give no possibility of actually talking to you to get the problems we had sorted. The hotel you show was nothing like the reality. A wheelchair user could book this hotel and be totally stranded. Also locally it is used by prostitutes.Guest review byKathrynUnited Kingdom - 8.0
The people of Avcilar are very nice, friendly and helpful.
The people of Avcilar are very nice, friendly and helpful. I felt safe walking around by myself even in the evening. It’s not very touristy which was nice. However that does mean that there’s not a lot of people who speak English, however everyone is willing to make it work with gestures and Google translate. You can find everything you need for your stay nearby from small supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, public transportation etc.Guest review byAnonymous
