We were caught up at the airport. They rang to check everything was ok. We were then caught up in traffic but when we arrived 2 hours later than expected, were very kind, polite and helpful. Food, both dinner and breakfast, was delicious and plentiful. Staff were all very polite, smily and helpful.

The place is amazing. The facilities are fairly new and well kept. The rooms are spacious and cosy. The staff were nice. I give them 5 stars for the smart TV with WiFi connection, I watch Netflix and YouTube all night... I loved it!!!!

We had a great stay for two days! The facilities were nice and relaxing, with lots of places to hang out in the garden and at the terrace by the bar. The rooms were clean. The staff was very welcoming and service oriented, and the owner of the hostel gave us great recommendations for things to do, and was very helpful and kind. The food was good, especially the breakfast! We will definitely choose this accommodation again if we get the chance to visit Jinja another time.

A beautiful house at a great location with direct sight on the lake. We felt very much home and well taken care of by the friendly personnel that made delicious breakfast for us after having chosen from many options of a menu each prior evening. The place is well protected and there is always someone around. The furniture and decor in the house are of great taste. I found it peculiar and kind of thinking with the forgettable traveller that the room had a variety of different sockets and adapters, which saved me since I forgot my adapter in Kampala :-)
