Everything....the location! the decor! the ambiance!, the amenities! ..even bikes .....it was HEAVEN!!!!! Our little house boat had a perfect layout with 2 bedroom...a well supplied kitchen...stove and fridge and BBQ...awesome deck.....LOVE..LOVE..LOVED IT. BEST PLACE MY SISTER AND I HAVE EVER STAYED!!!!! so sad to look at the photo...we didn't want to leave!!! We rode the bikes to Sombreo Beach for an evening g swim then rode back in wet bathing suits...just like we did when we were kids. We had no idea what to expect but we loved what we found! Wow. These are fantastic houseboats in the most stunning location and they are spotlessly clean, comfortable, well equipped and judging by other reviews, the owner listens to feedback! (We noticed that there had been some screening between boats added for extra privacy). We stayed in late November, it was unusually chilly for the time of year, but found the accommodation to be more than comfortable despite the cooler climates. During the summer, the boats have two very good size AC units which I am sure would be very welcome. The kitchen was well stocked with amenities and a full size fridge which we made use of for a few soft drinks, milk etc for morning coffee. We had no issues with smell from the on board toilet at all and both of us used the shower - we were told about the additional bathrooms on site when we checked in but for as a couple, we certainly didn’t need to use them. Also really appreciated having a dedicated car parking space per boat. Overall a really excellent experience and nice environment, would 100% come back here.

The location was perfect, peaceful and surrounded by great amenities for the kids to enjoy. When we accidentally left behind my daughter’s bunny, the host contacted us immediately and even offered to meet us halfway, as we were already in Miami. Such kindness! A truly lovely place with equally lovely people. It was a highlight of our three-week holiday!

This resort has everything you might want in order to relax and enjoy your surroundings. The unit itself was decorated nicely, the linens were of high quality, the staff is expertly trained and skilled to give you quality attention without being intrusive. We hired the sunset sail. It was our first time in Key West, we had a great time.

It was our first time in Key West, we had a great time. Eating & drinking can get expensive if you are not going during happy hour. Some of the restaurants put an automatic gratuity/service fee on the bill. I hate this sort of practice & will not return to that establishment. I guess September is off season, so a lot of places were closed. For being off season parking is horrible & parking lots are $6-$10 per hour.

    Key Largo is so beautiful.

Key Largo is so beautiful. It's the first Florida Key and if you don't want to drive the 100 miles you don't have too. It has everything the keys have to offer. Fishing, snorkeling, diving, kayaks, paddle boards, jet skis, beautiful state park, bird sanctuary, nature trails, peace and serenity. Quiet!

Quiet, serene town but had the trappings that we wanted. The restaurant venues were good and not overpriced. The conveniences of a CVS/ Walgreens was present. I love Starbucks and there was one less than 10 minutes away. The local bar/restaurant was within walking distance on the same street. It was fine. All was fine. Just 95 degree balmy tepid temperatures are difficult, but that’s the Keys in the summertime

The bungalows are fairly new, but are not well kept you can wipe the floor with a white washcloth damp in it and it’ll be completely dirty with just one wipe in the drawers. There were hair. The bed had a stain on the bed liner after removing the sheets and putting them in the shower for the maid to wash, they never washed that bedliner. It was completely discussed. It probably would’ve left if I didn’t known it was there. There were problems with the room as far as a globe on a light in the bathroom was broken. The room could’ve use a good cleaning, but as I said, it’s fairly new just not well. Maintained probably won’t look nice for long.

Big Pine key is the equivalent of a locals restaurant. Not too flashy, not too expensive. 1/2 a dozen places to eat. A full size grocery store. All of 25 miles from Key west. Great fishing. Plenty of key deer. Just a nice laid back spot in the lower keys.

The location was good for getting to Key West, only 20 mins away. there is a good size fridge in the room. the view is nice, but can't enjoy it outside because of the bugs. The Tiki bar is still closed. There's no coffee machine in the room, which really is inexcusable for me. To pay $800+ for 3 nights and have to go outside to the tiki bar to get coffee, no thanks! You need to bring your own hair conditioner, and body lotion. Bottom line, I would not recommend . I didn't eat in the restaurant there, but their menu is high priced. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was grungy looking.
