- From $472.83 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.5Very Good - What previous guests thought, 3,361 reviewsLoved the decor, the thought and imagination that went into it all and loved the price because I did a lot of searching for hotel rooms in NYC and this was incredible value compared to most others. The room was lovely, the little balcony was great, coffee machine much appreciated and the actual telephone beside your actual bed which was actually answered when I used it to call reception - sadly you're normally directed to an app. So decor, quirkiness, comfort, human contact, all good.Guest review byAnneUnited Kingdom
- From $496.93 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.4Very Good - What previous guests thought, 21,269 reviewsIt was at a perfect location and super convenient to go everywhere. The room’s super clean, tiny but functional (bathroom was really clean and provided hair-dryer). The staff were nice and friendly. I didn’t encounter any complaints in the comments. The only thing could’ve been a bonus is to provide us two bottles of water per day - that’d make the trip perfect-perfect (they had kettle tho). And there’re many restaurants nearby. Overall I had a great stay!Guest review byYueruChina
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.4Very Good - What previous guests thought, 2,105 reviewsThe room and the view totally took my breath away. It was amazing. Everyone was super friendly, the food at the restaurant was delicious and there are little details you find while walking through the hotel that makes you feel part of it (like the postcards you can send or the letter soup in front of the elevator).Guest review byMoralesPeru

We saw so much!
We saw so much! A nice combination of walks on our own including Central Park (used subway) and Times Square, etc., a Viator glass-top bus city tour including ferry (water tour) of Statue of Liberty, Broadway show, tour of Empire State Bldg., wonderful meals and drinks. We feel we got to see everything we wanted and more! Loved New York!Guest review byRogerUnited States - 10.0

I wish I had more time to explore the area. I was born in Queens a long time ago and there have been many changes I would like to have explored. I looked like there were many good restaurants in the neighborhood.Guest review byTerenceUnited States - 6.0

From the periodic information passengers were able to get my United flight to Portland Maine was repeatedly delayed and then cancelled because the plane would not be able to land once it arrived. Apparently the problems on 4 September were building up throughout the day. Before the flight from LA landed my daughter in Sydney, Australia messaged me to tell there were ”shenanigans” at Newark.Guest review byMargaretAustralia - 10.0

We were traveling from central PA to visit the Statue of Liberty and didn't want to make the trip in one day, so we decided to get lodging the night prior to our day trip. We debated on whether to stay in New Jersey or New York. We searched for rooms and this motel in Jersey City seemed like a good choice. It was perfect. We walked to a coffee shop in Jersey City and felt quite safe. We passed many solo joggers, mothers with small children and bicyclists. The part of the city we were in was very clean. We were pleasantly surprised.Guest review byCornelius - 2.0

Bronx is a good place but the house and all the shenanigans about no one picking the call but texting only. I thought it was a hotel not knowing it’s a house in some dark places in Bronx. I texted the person back that I’m not interested because I feel uncomfortable and have asked for a refund of $203. Shiiii….Guest review byPhilip - 10.0

After landing at Liberty, we rented a car for our tours of NYC. Finding and paying for parking in NYC was a difficulty I could live without. Fortunately, most tolls were paid with the car rental agreement. The Secaucus location was perfect for driving, but the buses stop right outside the hotel. If it were available to guests, more information on bus routes to the City's main attractions, as well as details on paying for bus and subway toll passes and wheelchair accessibility, would be helpful and might change how a traveler chooses to get around.Guest review byReyesUnited States - 6.0

Long Island City is a very mixed neighbourhood - industrial, working class, and areas being gentrified. Not everyone would feel comfortable walking around the neighborhood. But there is hip stuff developing.Guest review byCharlieCanada
