Everything about the Gonzo Inn is great: - The room we stayed was super spacious, literally an apartment. It was also very clean, not the type of cleaning that smells like bleach or something strong, but legit clean and had a pleasant smell. All cabinets were fully stocked with everything you might need, attention to detail here was real. - The staff was phenomenal, the guy at the front desk seems to be the owner and he has so much care for us, I felt treated like a family guest instead of just a business for him. - They provided breakfast vouchers and The Gonzo Inn has amazing breakfast and the espresso is very good, Italian style.

The place was the best - the staff was really friendly and helpful, the room was great, the bed comfortable, TV with netflix and hulu, and the selection of teas, coffees, complimentary snacks, sodas was great too. Staff were amazing and so helpful. We loved getting to meet Aaron, who picked us up from the airport and gave us an insight into Salt Lake City. He let us know that High School Musical was filmed in a school close by! My wife was sooo happy as loves the movies, we visited and was even able to get into the school for photos. The hotel even arranged a station transfer for us 2am when we got the Amtrak for the next part of our journey. Rooms were massive with a great TV selection. We even had a microwave and fridge, which was a nice touch as taking away from meals can be difficult when on holiday. Next to a lovely Mexican restaurant and the pool and in hotel store had loads of options.

The property was incredibly beautiful. We had a nice view of Zion that was absolutely unparalleled. I like that. The property is really close to restaurants and gas stations so even though you’re high up in the mountain, you’re still have access to important things . I also really enjoyed be on property amenities like the restaurant, the store in the lobby, as well as the chickens and horses.

Perfect location and fantastic value for money - a real luxury 5* hotel but with great prices. Big outdoor and indoor pools. Really good restaurants where we ended up eating most of our meals in. We were not aware that Moab is a resort town.

We were not aware that Moab is a resort town. We were looking for a decent Holiday Inn Express Hotel that was within reach of our road trip back home to Southern California from Indiana. We were extra surprised to discover that this was a resort town. The only thing is the Holiday Inn Express Moab Hotel room cost reflected a resort town inflated cost compared to other Holiday Inn Express Hotels we have stayed at of equal accommodation quality. Other than the room cost, this was a surprising, pleasant hotel experience and could factor into a future vacation destination for us. We only had a one-night stay because this was factored in as a rest stop during our road trip home to Southern California, so we did not do any exploring of the town, with the exception of going out to eat a fantastic dinner 98 East Center Street Restaurant. I had the best-tasting Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich of my life there.

Rooms were cramp with two queen size bed. I wish we had a chair with an Ottoman to put our feet up. The wall outlets were old and too big and would not hold our plug into the outlet. Our plugs kept falling out. It made it difficult to to charge our devices because we couldn't keep them plug in.

We did a hike with Cedar + Sage Boutique Hikes and it was the absolute highlight of my 2 week trip to the USA. I could not recommend it highly enough. Michael was very knowledgable, friendly and safety conscious. The picnic he provided was delicious. He was even able to readily cater to my gluten free needs. They provide most of the hiking gear you need - poles, canyoning boots, waders and a waterproof backpack. It is an absolute must.
