Everything was perfect. The price is very good for an upgrade to Suite. We were two times at the hotel. The location is perfect and very central with a big shopping mall. Breakfast was good and the swimming pool was able to use indoor and outdoor.

Located next to a meandering river dividing Nghệ An Province and Hà Tĩnh Province, next to Vinh City. Delightful scenic surrounding allowing pleasant morning or late afternoon walk around the hotel at the waterfront. It has a wonderful open dining patio with excellent view of sunset while enjoying a beer, a cocktail or a glass of wine and delicious Vietnamese/Western/Taiwanese food. Spacious room with a hint of freshly cleaned scent. Besides Vietnamese, hotel has staff who can communicate in English or Chinese. I would like to visit it again next time I am in the Vinh City proximity.

The hosts went out of their way to offer help. Communication wasn't easy because I cannot really speak much Vietnamese. Just a few words and expressions will not get you around as very few people in Hà Tinh can speak English. So, one becomes dependent of Google Translate :-) People in this town tend to very friendly without any ultimate purpose to gain in some way. They will help you to find your way in town whenever they can.

Its a big center of city hotel. The staff were pleasant and helpful. They allowed ne to put my bike inside in what i felt was safe. Close to shops and restaurants to get food.

A vast residential structure by the sea, made if individual...

A vast residential structure by the sea, made if individual villas with 4-6 capacity mostly with private pool. All very spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet ( during low season). The villas have a kitchen but it is unusable, absolutely no cutlery/plates/dishes/drinking glasses, the modern, induction cooker will not turn on. Wonder why this was installed…? The private pool is small for a swim but ok for refreshing, but… despite our inquiry the lights stayed off in the evening and the water never, I mean never!, got circulated/cleaned by the pump… always off for the whole length of our 10-day stay. We did not bathe in the stagnant water… Yes we were in the off season, so only 2 guests, but then it’s their decision to keep the resort open to clients. You can’t use the in-villa kitchen, so without a means of transport food comes only through the Resort’s kitchen. There’s a fixed “menu” but most of the items are “sorry Sir this is not available today”, with “today” being repeated every day of our stay. So in 10 days you get the choice of 3 or 4 dishes. The front-desk manager and her first assistant were the only persons with English language conversation knowledge, and did an excellent job helping us with our needs and requests. Overall, this person gets the only outstanding feedback for the whole resort. The rest of the staff is polite and smiling, but has extremely limited English knowledge so for a foreigner this is a major obstacle.

The Mountains remind me of our hometown.

The Mountains remind me of our hometown. Guest should not expect more since it's a developing town. I liked the serenity of the place. Shops for clothes like Tokyo, Yody Boutique, and Winmart groceries are accessible. I still want to spend my holiday in Ky Anh.
