We arrived early and they kept our bags. The room wasn’t ready because it was about 11am when we arrived but they offered to WhatsApp us when our room was ready. They also told us to WhatsApp them if we ever needed anything. When we went to check in they told us they upgraded us for free!! They asked for the money for our room when we got there but we had no cash on us and they said that was not a problem, we just payed later that night. The room was lovely and spacious, super clean. Such an amazing location also, better than our last hotel. The people here are absolutely amazing, we had a bus at 8pm and they kept our bags for us all day. We had massages and facials which were heavenly. The lounge bar at the top was so cool which we had all to ourselves! Food was incredible and our room even had a little dining table on the river we were able to eat privately at. Our very own pool and enormous bathroom. Lynh also dressed down our room each evening. The city has many interesting places to visit like the city centre with the Opera House and statue of Ho Chi Minh, Ben Thanh markets, Ben Nghe street food restaurants, Independence Palace and War Remnants museum. Outside the city is the Cu Chi tunnels and the Mekong river which are both day trips.
