It had amazing location. Very polite staff. Only problem was that they know only little english, so if you use Google Translate, then it is perfect. Location: Amazing! The staffs are all friendly. Immediately assist us to solve all kind of issues, like drive us to the night market nearby, rent the motorcycles, call the grab and so on. Once we met some issues, dial the number to the counter, then the staff would just show up in front of the room! This kind of service really make us impressive. Great hotel! It is located really close to the beach and there is an outdoor pool that hotel guests can use. The hotel has only been open for 5 months so everything is brand new. The rooms are very clean. A lot of the houses and buildings around the hotel are unoccupied, so the area is not busy at all. If you like it a little more quiet and want to come down from your busy travels and city life, it’s perfect. The city center is easily reached within 15-20 minutes. The hotel manager is very nice and will give you lots of tips on where to eat or go if you need suggestions.

David and his team went above and beyond to help and make the hotel feel like home. They even drove me to the pharmacy and helped translate when I got bitten by a jellyfish. Super friendly staff and the breakfasts were some of the best on the Island. Perfect location in Sunset Town, everything was walkable and easy to navigate.

The owner was excellent. Made you feel right at home. On arrival I was offered lunch, beautiful fish stew. Love intimate quiet atmosphere, in a beautiful picturesque location, right on the sea front. Owner organised trips for me, at a cheaper price than the usual market price. Would recommend this place to anyone who travels to Phu Quô'c. 10/10!

The owners were really helpful, they had some great recommendations to explore the town. The hotel was really cute and clean and was perfectly located at a walkable distance to the show venue and other great spots.

The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk from the bustling main street with its bars, restaurants, and massage salons—yet the resort itself is peaceful, surrounded by nature, where you wake up to the sound of birds singing. The daily walk up and down the hill was a great free workout! The staff were incredibly attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and varied every morning. We also loved the free pool table on the terrace—a perfect spot to unwind in the evening. If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway with easy access to all the local attractions, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended!

    The location is perfect! It's right on the beach so you have your own private beach. The market and pubs, all are closeby. The breakfast is amazing. The food is fresh. I stayed in the double bed rooms that had a private balcony. They were amazing, with a lovely view of the ocean.There's a stunning pool as well. The caretakers are all very well trained and know what they are doing. The WiFi is the best you'll get anywhere in the world. I came for one day but extended by a day as it was such a relaxing stay. Special mention to the sweet lady at the reception. She really knows what she is doing and has such a calm influence.

    Breakfast spread was amazing - they had everything and it was all very fresh. The banana cake was amazing (should be at the breakfast every morning!). Our room had a gorgeous view of the water and was quite spacious. The pool area was very clean and there is a pool bar. The sunset was lovely to watch from the pool. I would recommend booking spa treatments here and also any tours through the hotel. 11/10 for this hotel!

    It was heaven on earth, absolutely beautiful. the scenery was breath taking. I loved the decor. The staff is wonderful, they treat and make you feel like family. I can honestly say, me and my daughter did not want to leave. The local cuisine is delicious. They take tranquility to a whole other level!

    Ha Tien is an interesting area, sprawled out along the ocean, consisting of waterfront, restaurants, beaches, and swimming areas. places to drive and walk and explore. I have fun on my motorbike, ranging all over the area and felt quite safe. There are newer, developing areas and older established areas. The downtown areas seem to have pretty basic hotels not many foreigners here as it’s a favourite for Vietnamese people to visit during the holiday holidays.

    3 nights at the resort would be perfect to enjoy your stay.

    3 nights at the resort would be perfect to enjoy your stay. Vinpearl Safari was good, you can pass on the Grandworld and the Vinwonders. We didn't go for the Island tours as we have already tried snorkeled at better options at other destinations (Eg. Thailand, Phillipines, Indonesia and Maldives).

    A good place for 2-3 day breaks.

    A good place for 2-3 day breaks. The traditional part of the town is a good place to walk round. The streets are not crowded. There is a large ‘CoopMart’ supermarket for supplies. There are 1 or 2 western style cofffee shops to relax in such as the “Everyday” coffee shop which sits just back from the water. At night there are a number of large modern and smart Asian restaurants. A lot of money is being devoted towards developing not just this coastal part of Vietnam but also the adjoining coastal region of Cambodia.

    The food on resort was pretty good, surprisingly though, there were no Vietnamese food options. The Ibiza pool is great, and the beach there is super clean. The VinWonders amusement park nearby (2 minutes) is super fun, great value. The resort itself is extremely frustrating to stay at. Guests are not informed well enough about the resort, no maps given, nothing really explained, a buggy system that is inefficient. Buffet breakfast is good, if it's not busy, when it's busy, the kitchen can't keep up. All the restaurants on resort are Italian. Housekeeping doesn't use a checklist when cleaning, water doesn't get restocked, coffee not replaced, etc. They fumigated our villa before we arrived, it smelled so bad we couldn't stay in it, gave us all headaches. This matter was not given the right amount of attention to fix, I had to do a lot of follow up to make a switch happen.
