I stayed at Sole Casa during my trip to Phu Quoc and had a great experience. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped — with a washing machine, kitchen, and even a nice balcony where I could enjoy the sea breeze. Check-in was smooth. There’s a cute small front office where the staff welcomed me and guided me to the apartment. Everyone was friendly and helpful, which made things really easy. Location-wise, it’s just a short walk from Sunset Town and Kiss Bridge, so perfect if you want to explore the area without being in the middle of tourist crowds. All in all, it was a very chill and relaxing stay. Ideal for couples or small groups looking for comfort, privacy, and good value.

Location is very new development part of town, everything are brand new, because of new so not so much tourist know about this place yet. Location is very close to the beach, beaches are beautiful, however during the time we were there the weather was not so good. I enjoyed my time there anyway.

We recently stayed at this wonderful hotel for two nights, and it was truly a delightful experience. The owner, Van, his wife and the staff were incredibly hospitable, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Van stands out for his genuine effort to help tourists save money on tours/taxis etc, a rarity in the industry. He is really helpful and able to communicate well in many languages: English, Russian, Chinese and Vietnamese. Surprisingly, the hotel allows guests to use the kitchen facilities, and the staff can even cook delicious meals for a small additional fee. The nearby local market provides exceptional fresh seafood at local prices, enhancing the overall culinary experience as well as cultural experience. The hotel's beachfront location is a standout feature, with a beautiful terrace offering stunning ocean views, the beach is literally just a step away. The rooms were a highlight of the stay— newly built, clean, well-designed, and incredibly cozy. Having visited Phu Quoc Island four times, I can confidently say that this hotel is among the best I've experienced for the money. Highly recommended for a memorable and comfortable stay in this beautiful destination.

Room comfort: With the windows closed I did not hear any noise from the busy street below. It was quiet between about 10 pm and 7 am. I often left my balcony door partially open for fresh sea air. Flooring material - didn't hear footsteps from other rooms and the wall sound proofing also seemed effective. Bathroom: Unlimited hot water and sufficiently roomy. Bedding quality and comfort: Asian mattresses are hard by reputation. I would call the mattress in Gaia’s room 705 medium firmness. I found the mattress, pillows, pillowcases, sheets and duvet all comfortable and contributed to a good sleep each night. Air conditioning: Ventilation was positioned so the fan did not blow air onto the bed. For me that is an important plus in the event the temperature becomes too cold. Breakfast: 3 or 4 different fresh fruit varieties to choose from, yogurt, custom-made omelets, hot Asian food, toast, cereal, coffee, tea, milk and juice as well. Elevator: It is not uncommon to find smaller hotels that don't have an elevator. This hotel does have an elevator. How wonderful not to have to struggle with heavy luggage. Management and staff: Friendly, helpful, pleasant, dedicated, and successful at creating and maintaining great guest experiences. A big and sincere thank you, Ms. Hang, for going above and beyond with my ongoing transfer arrangements and to all your delightful staff for a wonderful and memorable stay.

I recently stayed at Tom Hill Boutique Resort and Spa and had a great experience. The location is quite central, perched on a hill, offering spectacular sunset views. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing support via WhatsApp which made communication very convenient. The buffet, though not extensive, was good and had a cozy atmosphere. The swimming pool was exceptionally clean, and the fresh morning air added a refreshing start to the day. A special highlight was their accommodation of our late flight by offering a late check-out, which was much appreciated. Although my stay was just for a day, it was absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful experience was to stay at this resort hotel. The staff is very welcoming and helpful to you, some speak very little english, but that's okay. The breakfast is very good, with a wide assortment of fruits and other dishes. Loved the pool with beautiful palm trees. Location is also good, with a few minutes of walking there's a small supermarket and also some restaurants. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and I hope to return here someday.

The breakfast may need some menu change every few days, maybe every Wed and Saturday. I stayed there for 9 days, so I am eating almost the same items every morning. It is only the pho that change every 2-3 days. But not the others. Cleaniness wise, i think it is clean and tidy.

Room & grounds were lovely. Beach was fantastic. The pool area needs more seating and the umbrellas at the beach all need to be replaced as they are damaged with metal parts hanging down dangerously. The resort is a little tired and just needs a spruce up but was still lovely.

Ha Tien is an interesting area, sprawled out along the ocean, consisting of waterfront, restaurants, beaches, and swimming areas. places to drive and walk and explore. I have fun on my motorbike, ranging all over the area and felt quite safe. There are newer, developing areas and older established areas. The downtown areas seem to have pretty basic hotels not many foreigners here as it’s a favourite for Vietnamese people to visit during the holiday holidays.

It was heaven on earth, absolutely beautiful. the scenery was breath taking. I loved the decor. The staff is wonderful, they treat and make you feel like family. I can honestly say, me and my daughter did not want to leave. The local cuisine is delicious. They take tranquility to a whole other level!

A good place for 2-3 day breaks. The traditional part of the town is a good place to walk round. The streets are not crowded. There is a large ‘CoopMart’ supermarket for supplies. There are 1 or 2 western style cofffee shops to relax in such as the “Everyday” coffee shop which sits just back from the water. At night there are a number of large modern and smart Asian restaurants. A lot of money is being devoted towards developing not just this coastal part of Vietnam but also the adjoining coastal region of Cambodia.

3 nights at the resort would be perfect to enjoy your stay.

3 nights at the resort would be perfect to enjoy your stay. Vinpearl Safari was good, you can pass on the Grandworld and the Vinwonders. We didn't go for the Island tours as we have already tried snorkeled at better options at other destinations (Eg. Thailand, Phillipines, Indonesia and Maldives).

Ha Tien is great place of the nature created but will turn the tourists off because the beauty of nature places is not clean and need to repairs it or up grade to make it better in order to attractive to the tourists.
