The location is quite central, perched on a hill, offering spectacular sunset views. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing support via WhatsApp which made communication very convenient. The buffet, though not extensive, was good and had a cozy atmosphere. The swimming pool was exceptionally clean, and the fresh morning air added a refreshing start to the day. A special highlight was their accommodation of our late flight by offering a late check-out, which was much appreciated. Although my stay was just for a day, it was absolutely worth it. Ha Tien is an interesting area, sprawled out along the ocean, consisting of waterfront, restaurants, beaches, and swimming areas. places to drive and walk and explore. I have fun on my motorbike, ranging all over the area and felt quite safe. There are newer, developing areas and older established areas. A good place for 2-3 day breaks. The traditional part of the town is a good place to walk round. The streets are not crowded. There is a large ‘CoopMart’ supermarket for supplies. There are 1 or 2 western style cofffee shops to relax in such as the “Everyday” coffee shop which sits just back from the water. At night there are a number of large modern and smart Asian restaurants. The food on resort was pretty good, surprisingly though, there were no Vietnamese food options. The Ibiza pool is great, and the beach there is super clean. The VinWonders amusement park nearby (2 minutes) is super fun, great value. The resort itself is extremely frustrating to stay at. Guests are not informed well enough about the resort, no maps given, nothing really explained, a buggy system that is inefficient. Buffet breakfast is good, if it's not busy, when it's busy, the kitchen can't keep up. All the restaurants on resort are Italian. Housekeeping doesn't use a checklist when cleaning, water doesn't get restocked, coffee not replaced, etc. They fumigated our villa before we arrived, it smelled so bad we couldn't stay in it, gave us all headaches. This matter was not given the right amount of attention to fix, I had to do a lot of follow up to make a switch happen.Guest review byAnderson - 8.0
