Location is very new development part of town, everything are brand new, because of new so not so much tourist know about this place yet. Location is very close to the beach, beaches are beautiful, however during the time we were there the weather was not so good. I enjoyed my time there anyway.

Room comfort: With the windows closed I did not hear any noise from the busy street below. It was quiet between about 10 pm and 7 am. I often left my balcony door partially open for fresh sea air. Flooring material - didn't hear footsteps from other rooms and the wall sound proofing also seemed effective. Bathroom: Unlimited hot water and sufficiently roomy. Bedding quality and comfort: Asian mattresses are hard by reputation. I would call the mattress in Gaia’s room 705 medium firmness. I found the mattress, pillows, pillowcases, sheets and duvet all comfortable and contributed to a good sleep each night. Air conditioning: Ventilation was positioned so the fan did not blow air onto the bed. For me that is an important plus in the event the temperature becomes too cold. Breakfast: 3 or 4 different fresh fruit varieties to choose from, yogurt, custom-made omelets, hot Asian food, toast, cereal, coffee, tea, milk and juice as well. Elevator: It is not uncommon to find smaller hotels that don't have an elevator. This hotel does have an elevator. How wonderful not to have to struggle with heavy luggage. Management and staff: Friendly, helpful, pleasant, dedicated, and successful at creating and maintaining great guest experiences. A big and sincere thank you, Ms. Hang, for going above and beyond with my ongoing transfer arrangements and to all your delightful staff for a wonderful and memorable stay.

The staff went out of their way to make sure every detail of our holiday was perfect. The resort itself is stunning, with beautifully landscaped grounds, a pristine beach, and crystal-clear pools. The rooms were spacious, luxurious, and well-maintained, offering both comfort and elegance. One of the highlights was the fantastic dining experience — from delicious breakfast spreads to fresh local seafood and international cuisine, every meal exceeded expectations. The spa was another standout, providing a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The location is excellent, offering the best of Phu Quoc’s natural beauty while still being convenient for exploring the island. Whether relaxing by the beach, enjoying family activities, or indulging in the spa, there was something for everyone. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. Vinpearl Resort & Spa Phu Quoc is a perfect paradise getaway — highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Tom Hill Boutique Resort and Spa and had a great experience. The location is quite central, perched on a hill, offering spectacular sunset views. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing support via WhatsApp which made communication very convenient. The buffet, though not extensive, was good and had a cozy atmosphere. The swimming pool was exceptionally clean, and the fresh morning air added a refreshing start to the day. A special highlight was their accommodation of our late flight by offering a late check-out, which was much appreciated. Although my stay was just for a day, it was absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

I chose the NESTA Hotel for its location (short walk to the beach), value, breakfast, and additional amenities commented on by other travelers in various reviews, and it did not disappoint. We wanted a property that wasn't overrun with mosquitos, and in a location that was also convenient to the main road in the Doung Dong area. Kudos to the staff; everyone was congenial and strived to make our stay pleasant. Initially, we planned to stay a few days then move to a bungalow property, but this hotel fully met our needs.

Room & grounds were lovely. Beach was fantastic.

Room & grounds were lovely. Beach was fantastic. The pool area needs more seating and the umbrellas at the beach all need to be replaced as they are damaged with metal parts hanging down dangerously. The resort is a little tired and just needs a spruce up but was still lovely.

It was heaven on earth, absolutely beautiful. the scenery was breath taking. I loved the decor. The staff is wonderful, they treat and make you feel like family. I can honestly say, me and my daughter did not want to leave. The local cuisine is delicious. They take tranquility to a whole other level!

3 nights at the resort would be perfect to enjoy your stay. Vinpearl Safari was good, you can pass on the Grandworld and the Vinwonders. We didn't go for the Island tours as we have already tried snorkeled at better options at other destinations (Eg. Thailand, Phillipines, Indonesia and Maldives).
