Perfect view over kiss bridge and fireworks show. We picked this property in particular as many of the other apartments in “the Hill” or “the sea” have bright orange or lime green decor which we didn’t think would feel very calming for a week, and sole casa had neutral decor and comfortable layout. We were not disappointed. The elevation of the property was perfect for taking in the view which you would not get in one of the hotels on the front row. For anyone concerned about walking uphills or climbing stairs, there are escalators which can take you up and down street levels and hundreds of electric carts which cost about $3.50aud to take you from the bottom to the top of the town. A really beautiful view from every room in our apartment.

Location is very new development part of town, everything are brand new, because of new so not so much tourist know about this place yet. Location is very close to the beach, beaches are beautiful, however during the time we were there the weather was not so good. I enjoyed my time there anyway.

Breakfast was good with lots of western and local options. Location was good. We had window facing the sea so we could watch fireworks and other shows from our windows. Hotel has free buggy services to town and other places. This can be arranged at the hotel reception. Special shoutout to all the staff who are extremely courteous and helpful. They will try and solve all your issues. And special mention for Mr. Lee who helped us a lot along the whole trip. Would like to stay here again upon next visit. Thank you.

The design, the people. The hotel is quite new and they offered free cable cars, that’s why I canceled other hotel and booked this one. The host was super nice, he even suggested few places in sunset town area. You can also see fireworks every night from your own balcony. Definitely will be back!

Amazing host and very friendly staff that made our stay super pleasant. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and everything is quite new and in perfect condition. Rooms are cleaned daily, and there's water available on the rooms, and a well equipped common kitchen downstairs. Calm neighborhood, very close to beach and with access to the pool.

I recently stayed at Tom Hill Boutique Resort and Spa and had a great experience. The location is quite central, perched on a hill, offering spectacular sunset views. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing support via WhatsApp which made communication very convenient. The buffet, though not extensive, was good and had a cozy atmosphere. The swimming pool was exceptionally clean, and the fresh morning air added a refreshing start to the day. A special highlight was their accommodation of our late flight by offering a late check-out, which was much appreciated. Although my stay was just for a day, it was absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

The staff is amazing. Some of them can’t speak good level of English but all of them are trying their best to communicate and help with a kind smile on their face. The hotel is very big and luxurious. Open buffet is delicious and has a good range of options, close to Grandworld and great value for money. I highly recommend to visit all the places they offer to visit (Vinworld, Grandworld, Safari etc.). Phu Quoc is one the most beautiful place I have ever visited. Everyone should give this place a chance for an affordable luxurious experience.

I chose the NESTA Hotel for its location (short walk to the beach), value, breakfast, and additional amenities commented on by other travelers in various reviews, and it did not disappoint. We wanted a property that wasn't overrun with mosquitos, and in a location that was also convenient to the main road in the Doung Dong area. Kudos to the staff; everyone was congenial and strived to make our stay pleasant. Initially, we planned to stay a few days then move to a bungalow property, but this hotel fully met our needs.

Awesome place with the most beautiful view. Nice and clean beach and pool area. I really enjoyed the music in the evening. The staff was always friendly. Very clean and comfortable room. Bed was very comfortable as well. Location very well located where you can walk around or catch a taxi. They offer taxi service, service to book activities and change currency. Breakfast had a wide range of good options. We really enjoyed it.

The Hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean and spacious. Comfortable bed, spacious shower, good airconditioning. The staff was extremely helpful (especially Courtney). The location of the hotel is very convenient, walking distance to then night market or the beach. The breakfast was quite rich with also local dishes. It also give the possibility to rent a scooter from them. Great value for money overall

Beautiful beach with clear water.

Beautiful beach with clear water. Delicious food, great shopping bargains and super friendly people. Lots of fun at Sun Paradise Land with the 8km over-sea cable car. Sonasea night maket and Phu Quoc night market are a must. Super easy to get around - can book taxis or hotel can organise for you (they also provide free buggy's to take you to nearby places). Perfect destination for young and old, couples and families.

Room & grounds were lovely. Beach was fantastic. The pool area needs more seating and the umbrellas at the beach all need to be replaced as they are damaged with metal parts hanging down dangerously. The resort is a little tired and just needs a spruce up but was still lovely.

It was heaven on earth, absolutely beautiful. the scenery was breath taking. I loved the decor. The staff is wonderful, they treat and make you feel like family. I can honestly say, me and my daughter did not want to leave. The local cuisine is delicious. They take tranquility to a whole other level!
