- From $90 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.4Good - What previous guests thought, 319 reviewsI recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and during my stay, I unfortunately broke my foot. From the moment it happened, the staff, particularly Fou and Ben, went above and beyond to take care of me. Ben called the ambulance, gave me his crutches (!), and Fou accompanied me to the hospital and stayed with me the entire time, offering incredible support and comfort. The whole team felt like family—checking on me constantly while I was confined to my room for three days due to the injury. They also ensured I had everything I needed, from transportation to meals. I was truly amazed by the level of personal attention and care I received throughout my stay. This wasn’t just customer service; it felt like genuine compassion. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, especially if you're looking for a place where the staff genuinely care about your well-being. They turned what could have been a difficult situation into a much more manageable and even heartwarming experience.Guest review byLinda AnneJapan
- From $85.31 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 6.9Pleasant - What previous guests thought, 472 reviewsWe had a lovely stay here, beautiful location with tropical gardens bordering the ocean, exactly what you imagine in the south seas. Open plan garden with bungalows and restaurant/ bar area with great seating area jutting out over the sea. You can watch fish right below you and from the deck. Nice accommodation to suit all size groups or couples. Very friendly and efficient staff and meals were superb quality. We ate at restaurant every night, delicious meals especially the fresh fish meals every day. Nice cocktails too. Nice swimming pool and great swimming and snorkeling in warm water just off the shore, not very deep so great for children. They also had a local dance troupe and singers perform one night with fire dancing. Free shuttle to and from airport. Good location along the coast so it’s very peaceful, although Samoa is not very busy or noisy! There is a very small shop opposite the resort driveway. Beautiful island and people and great resort for a holiday.Guest review byChrisAustralia
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.3Very Good - What previous guests thought, 197 reviewsAmazing beaches, views, staff. The property is beautiful. The staff was so accommodating when we had to add another room the night we checked in, then we were able to move four of our party into the Villa Matai. Faafetai Lava Tala ma Lina for your assistance, also Fainuu (I hope I said his name correctly - he was the gentleman that met us the night we arrived) ma Okei for such friendly administrative help, especially Tony and his crew prepared delicious meals! We were there to connect with our ancestors, and Coconuts was the perfect place for us to relax and appreciate all that they sacrificed for us. Coconuts is part of the forever memories made of loved ones past; with loved ones present, for future loved ones.Guest review byBolenUnited States

The staff were amazing from day one till the end of our stay. Everything went went well. We enjoyed our event on the second night and the food was much better compare to our first dinner. Thank you Saletoga for making our event memorable, will definitely come back and will recommend this place to all my friends and other families overseas.Guest review byIvonaNew Zealand - 10.0

Lovely place, very interesting culture, hired a car, went to swim at Turtle Bay, drove into the town to look around. Bought food at some of the local food places, but the best food and price was the resort itelf. To get around one does need to hire a car, they are expensive however. But to get the feel of Samoa, necessary. There are cheaper places to stay, it depends on what you want. A beautiful new airport complements the island, previously was a tin shed but what was lovely about that was the welcoming group singing and paying guitars. Sadly that does not happen at the new airportGuest review byCarolNew Zealand - 10.0
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Apia is such a welcoming and vibrant place.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Apia is such a welcoming and vibrant place. Even when I’m here for work, it still feels like a getaway – the pace of life is relaxed, the people are incredibly friendly, and the natural beauty all around makes every day feel special. There’s a great balance between local culture, good food, and spots to unwind. Whether it’s enjoying a cold drink by the water, exploring the markets, or just soaking up the atmosphere, Apia always delivers a memorable experience.Guest review byrolltasticAustralia - 6.0

I was only here for one night, for proximity to my early flight the next day. I would probably stay a couple of nights if returning to enjoy the facilites and surrounds. However, it is a long way from the other sights on the island like the To-Sua Trench and Namua island. The drive to those is about 2 hours on the slow roads.Guest review byKarenAustralia - 10.0
There is so much more to Samoa to see than just Apia.
There is so much more to Samoa to see than just Apia. There are many beautiful resorts on the southern side of the island and many great snorkelling spots. 2 restaurants we enjoyed in Apia with Paddles and Giodarno's. We hired a car which made getting around alot easier & I would highly recommendGuest review byFionaAustralia - 8.0

There is not much to do out in this area as its really the wharf town for the ferry out to Savaii. The Sheraton was close by to the wharf and the airport so it worked well for an overnight stay before flying home the next day rather than going all the way into ApiaGuest review bySteveNew Zealand
