The rooms are super comfortable, making your feel right at home. The ocean view is something else, and waking up to watch the sunrise from the balcony is priceless. The hotel is right across the beach, if you manage to deal with the cold water - some locals enjoying the beach from sunrise. The breakfast options are simple, but super super tasty and more than enough. It was a delight to meet the owners as well. Lovely people!

Excellent breakfast, great location

Located in Simonʼs Town, in a historic building, 500 metres from Seaforth Beach, Bonne Esperance, Simon's Town is a recently renovated apartment with pool with a view and garden.

They have done a great job of restoring the property in an old/new Cape style - just what we wanted. Everything works. The breakfasts were good and "hand cooked", plus fresh ground coffee. You can also store your own food/drink in their fridge if needed. The parking in the grounds is good. The location is perfect for penguins at Boulders and there is a swimmable public beach 200m away. It is a great base for the area, and there is a lovely garden & patio with chairs to relax in if needed. The friendliness and helpful local knowledge of the hosts was wonderful, from start to finish. There is a small swimming pool on the property but we did not use it as the beach was close by.

Amazing and quiet location. You have a seaview right from your bed. Room was clean and spacious. They also got a generator so you won't be botherd by loadshedding. We had our breakfast by the beach at Beachcomber bistro (were they offer vouchers if you don't eat at the B&B), and it was good. Owners were nice and helpful. I would recommend staying here.
