From the moment we walked through the door, the experience was unforgettable. We booked without any reviews—took a leap of faith—and thank God we did, because what we found was far better than luck. We were welcomed with traditional Moroccan tea, and the host kindly helped us with our bags. That’s when it hit us: we had stepped into a beautifully restored, authentic Moroccan home. Every detail reflected genuine Moroccan hospitality. The room was spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, the AC and shower worked perfectly—everything exceeded our expectations. And breakfast? A wonderful stay. Room had everything we needed, the location was great (inside old medina and close to the port) and staff were very welcoming and helpful. We arrived late and were treated with Moroccan tea and snacks on the rooftop terrace overlooking the bay. Very happy we ended our trip here.

The owner and the manager of the hostel are really kind. You will find a beautiful hostel, in the center of medina, with a beautifull terrace. Everything is clean!!

Very authentic, cozy place. Suitable for couples and privacy. On each floor there are objects of art, paintings, figurines. The hosts maintain a friendly atmosphere and it seems that you have come to relax to visit friends. Thanks to Su and Said for the welcome.

Beautiful Riad in perfect location in the Medina. Close to the port as well. We were offered taxi service from the train station. We were then brought to our Riad swiftly by Mohammad who was super efficient and friendly. He helped us along the stay with a big smile and also when we left. The Riad was immacualately clean and had all the necessary facilities. We had 2 rooms on first floor which served us perfectly...we had the floor to ourselves. The rooms had ensuite bathrooms. The next floor up was terrace which led to the rooftop where we had breakfast every day. Breakfast was prepared and served beautifully. There was a quite a lot of food and drink. We were not rushed at all to finish. All the staff helped us and gave suggestions as well. The lovely manager girl was super helpful. Our laundry was done although they did not have the facility and that too free. They arranged taxi service for to visit sites. All in all we couldn't have asked for more. The stay made our trop memorable. Thank you staff at Riad Kasbah.

EVERYTHING! This is a hidden gem in the heart of Tanja and it exceeded our expectations. The food was healthy and heavenly and the entire riad is a masterpiece, I appreciated the art and the view from the rooftop. Will be booking again very soon!

We loved our stay! The staff was friendly and so helpful. They held our bags for us until check in, gave us personal recommendations for spots to see, helped us set up a taxi driver for a tour (who was excellent!), and even lent us an umbrella! Rooms were tidy and clean, and the bathroom smelled great. No issues with the air con, and it kept the room nice and cool. We didn't have a chance to have the breakfast (because we were up and out before breakfast each day we stayed), but we're sure it was great too!
