They guided us to the parking garage, came to guide us to the hotel and brought us back to our car at the end of our visit. I can't emphasize enough how exceptional the entire staff was. 👏

On check my mum accidentally left her earrings in the room. The staff were kind enough to look for them and then have them delivered via taxi to tangier where we were, and for a very very reasonable price. 100% recommend when staying in chefchaouen.
