Bed is comfortable and big . Reception staff(Bushra, , Jay and all others) are helpful and friendly. House keeping supervisor Mr Imran was there for guest in case of enquiries or complaints.     Best staff..some staff like Mahesh was very kind and helpful...security staffs also guided us to local places..Good location..quiet..accessible to mall...breakfast was good..Pool..sauna and jacuzzi services are excellent and relaxing 😌

    It was an amazing stay... All the staff made sure everything is going well and I am satisfied throughout the stay. Mr. Aboud and Jona upgraded my room with no extra charge while Mr. Manoj did everything to make the romantic dinner setup extraordinarily perfect. Honestly all the staff are very helpful. Thank you Concorde Fujairah!!
