First of all, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, we first had a room in the "Schachner in the park" and then moved into the main building which has a direct access to the spa and the restaurant and bar. The view was absolutely exceptional, with a broad horizon and the autumn colors ....The food was absolutely delightful. The spa with the infinity pool and again the wonderful view was great, as are the possibilities for walks and hiking. We definitely will go back! thank you

The hotel is very well located and has private parking. The room was nicely furnished and very clean, the bed was comfortable and the view from the window was really nice. The gentleman at the reception was kind and friendly, his colleague who assisted us at the breakfast was also very kind and helpful. Breakfast was varied and excellent, with tasty French brie, somon, sourdough bread and organic fruit.

The room is cozy and comfortable. Breakfast si very good and divers. The location is near by the city center and the abbey. The area is very well known for the wine and apricot products. We were moved to the sister hotel which was a great location right opposite where the ships stop. Frau Pichler is very welcoming and fun, the restaurant has a lovely garden area, staff is great, we borrowed e-bikes from the hotel, the room was nice, breakfast was nice, the whole package was just perfect

The hotel’s location was fantastic, right in the center of the city, making it convenient for exploring. Parking was free, which was a nice bonus. The check-in process was smooth, and we received our room key earlier than the official check-in time, which was great. Breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of variety to choose from. There was a minor issue with the coffee machine not working, but the staff addressed it immediately, which I appreciated.
