The staff were very welcoming. Sanara (I hope I spelt it correctly) was very friendly & helpful. We received a complimentary upgrade, which was fantastic. On learning we were staying to celebrate ny birthday I was given a gift bag which consisted of a bottle of wine and snacks which was lovely. The location is great and is nice and central. Have stayed here a few times, and it doesn't disappoint. Will definitely stay here again

I loved the atmosphere at the hotel. It was all very clean and tidy. When we arrived the receptionist was lovely and as we were on a wedding anniversary she upgrade us to a room with an amazing view. It was all nice, clean and just really enjoyable. Im glad I opted for this hotel instead of air B&B. It was close to the city centre, botanical gardens and the stadium where we went for a concert. the staff were very kind and what I loved the most was the bed and pillow!!
