We were at Deluxe Double Room with river view. Luxurious and beautiful room, big complete bathroom with separate additional toilet. A balcony with magnificent view of the River Aare. On clear days we can even see the snow capped mountains in the background. High compliments to Bellevue team - Chiara, Tamara for your excellent service and care to both of us. Everything was really cozy and clean. Very well equipped room with many handy appliances and cutlery. Staff was really friendly too (we could easily borrow the socket adapter)! Very nice bonus is the public transport card that the hotel gives access to via an app (bus ride to the center of Bern was just 12 mins). Also, you won’t regret an evening walk through Muri itself. Supermarket is there just around the corner too.

Fantastic place. Very comfortable room, all in place. The location is excellent for the train travellers, only three minutes to the rail station. Shops and food court is right the next door. And many thanks to the hotel staff, everybody was very friendly and helpful. It was a perfect stay.

I like the place because it is newly renovated. Pretty convenient and very clean hotel. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. Providing free of charge coffee, tea and etc. is very cute. Using the tram nearby the city center is easily reached. The neighborhood is also pleasant and quiet with some restaurants, shops, cafes nearby. Breakfast is simple but very tasty and was just my type of food. Definitely I would use the hotel again if I have the chance.

Service at the hotel was great and the especially staff at the restaurant was well trained. Also the gym was great. Had a nice variety of machines and was maintained well.
