Nicolas Muller - the hotel's food and beverage manager, organized for the guest's of the hotel a fantastic, high quality New Year's Eve party in the rooftop hotel restaurant overlooking the magnificent lake Neuchatel! Though we did not have a reservation for the New Year's Eve celebration which had all been sold out, he managed to accommodate us as well. Nicolas Muller's professionalism has no limits or boundaries, Nicolas is a detail-oriented high-professional with top skills in hospitality management. He can make people happy even in unpredictable situations. Thank you Nicolas, you made us happy on the New Year's Eve 2023 and you make this hotel a better place and we will by all means come back to your hotel again to experience a high level food and beverage service. Location was great access to trains, easy walk to main town. Staff was most helpful and friendly. Room was very clean & shared bath was very easy to access!

Plenty of room for our family of 4. Very clean. Great terrace. Super delicious breakfast at a reasonable price was served to our room. The host was very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff were exceptional throughout the visit. Lovely rooms. Great food and big wine selection of local wines to match the local food. Very clean. Nice faithful restoration of the chateau.
