One of the best customer experiences I ever had, STEFAN is the definition of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICES. He was amazing since check in. He was very professional in welcoming and went out of his way to help me with parking my van because I thought it will not fit in the garage but Stefan was amazing he went out with me to the garage to make sure that the van fits. Another case where Stefan was amazing was when I ordered food and couldn't find the driver. Honestly, he deserves to be the Hotel manager not only the reception.

Tranquil setting right on the river bank, fabulous views out over the Rheine. Staff attentive without being intrusive. The little touches such as the sun cream and bug spray on each well spaced table , it is on top of the river, were excellent. The restaurant was fantastic; a really worthwhile and enjoyable dining experience, tasty and exciting cuisine leaving one satisfied and happy. Breakfast was excellent, a fine selection of bread, cold cuts, fruit, yoghurt, cereals, fruit juices and hot drinks with hot food cooked to order. Good sized and comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Thoroughly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Porto Sofie in Gottlieben! The charming 17th-century building, beautifully renovated with antique furnishings, creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was sooo lovely and kind, and also very accommodating. We were there for a wedding in town and they were very helpful at check in so we could get ready in the hotel room beforehand. The biggest highlight was definitely the kindness of the staff service. The room itself was very cozy, modern, seemed newly renovated with a nice little bathroom - it had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable, which was great after a long night of dancing. Breakfast was also tasty, not a buffet but everything was served to the table. The parking on property was practical as well. The reception is at the bar, which we didn't have time to explore, but also looked like it had a good vibe.

The new Boutique Hotel Loge is situated in a central and quiet location on the edge of Winterthur's pedestrian zone. The palatial building has a unique charm.

Staff were great on arrival, friendly and informative. The room had a lovely small terrace with views over the city. The room itself was spacious and well et up - hot drinks, fridge, work desk etc.

The location in a historic building along the Rhine river in old town was superb! The staff was friendly and welcoming. Dinner was delicious. We were able to park across the street for a couple of hours and there is another lot nearby as well. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was pretty standard, eggs made to order. Everything was fresh and stocked. Highly recommended!
