The staff went above and beyond, very hard workers!! And so friendly and kind :) The rooms are much bigger than the pictures with beautiful view of the mountains. Breakfast was incredible with so many options. We made use of the jacuzzi which was so so nice. Also such a great location being a 2 min walk to the Winderswil train station which is on the way to Grindelwald and Jungfrau. Nice breakfast included in a lovely breakfast room overlooking the gardens. Very comfortable bed and we had a room with our own bathroom, some rooms have to share.
