The hotel staff was very friendly and responsive. They helped booking the transportation. The room was very clean and well designed. I particularly liked the mindfulness in terms of ecology. The breakfast was very healthy and they were extra items that you could order à la carte. I can definitely recommend this place and it’s a great value for money,

Beautiful little hotel in the heart of Poblado, wonderful “jungle” garden. We loved the beautiful terrace where they serve the breakfast. Breakfast was delicious with a special mention for the homemade croissants and eggs. We appreciated the gratuity for coffees capuchinos teas and delicious limonadas. Very friendly staff always willing to help and accommodate to our requests. Beautiful Interior design room and the House, like a designer dream 😄 At 7 minutes walking to very good restaurants and nightlife yet still very peaceful and secluded from the noise and busy city. This is a 2 - homes renovated Hotel, rooms in their second house are spacious, the private terrace beautiful. We always travel to little Hotels and this one is a gem!

The staff really makes this place exceptional; what a fantastic team. We were there for 10 days and really felt at home. Medellin is a great city to visit, but the staff at Binn, from reception, to restaurant, everyone made this trip special. Great value! We has apartment 803 (one bedroom with a queen sized bed and two bathrooms) I definitely recommend getting something on the highest floor possible as that will give you the best view and the least traffic noise. The 8th floor is the top floor which means it also has very high ceilings. The traffic noise is really not bad at all - just a bit of white noise. The property is located in the Belen neighborhood, an upscale residential neighborhood. Very convenient and safe to walk in. El Poblado is a $2 uber away. Our apartment had a beautiful view of the city, the daily room service breakfast was excellent. The housekeeping and desk service was top notch. The mall across the street and surrounding neighborhood has everything you need.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our flight arrived early and they offered to hold our bags while we toured for a few hours. Our room became available before we headed out and they moved us in early which we were delighted. They were helpful with idea for tours or restaurants, so friendly at the breakfast bar, always polite, and the room was very clean. The location was ideal for walking to restaurants and felt very safe.
