Very friendly owners, best view and amazing jacuzzi. Great breakfast too! Gregory and his brother Panos, are amazing hosts! Panos was so helpful, he offered help with our laundry just so we don't have to travel far to find a laundry. It was very much appreciated! He's a very friendly person with a positive attitude and amazing mannerism ;) We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend Black Diamond to everyone travelling to Santorini. The location is very peaceful and far from the crowds which we really liked. The suite is huge, very well maintained and cozy. Overall, I would rate it BEYOND EXCELLENT! ;D

Beautiful location with a fantastic view up the caldera all the way to Oia. Also great views off the south of the island from the position on top of the crest of Akitori. Pool is very well kept with a lovely shaded area as well as deck loungers in the sun. The staff are wonderful and couldn’t do enough for you.

I stayed here with my mother and neither of us could have imagined how excellent the experience would be, it exceeded all our expectations. They have a variety of options for breakfast(also gluten free), the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and the best of all is the guidance and support they give you throughout your stay, offering transportation to the bus stop and pick you up from the same stop to take us to the hotel, they also offered transportation beyond the stop (for an extra cost). They welcomed us with the best energies and with some drinks from the house, they also gave us a map and the bus schedules so we could know how to get around, the best welcome possible, suddenly you feel centered and at home with that welcome. The hotel restaurant was closed, and since buses to Akrotiri only run until 7 p.m., we thought it would be very difficult to get dinner. Even so, they offered to help us go to a restaurant (they were kind enough to find me a gluten-free option) whenever we needed it. The hotel is a bit far from the bus stop, but it wasn't a problem. It's worth it for the views, which are beautiful from wherever you are.

It was awesome stay, with incredible views. We had private pool, which was great. Staff were amazing. It was definitely good choice.
