We had an amazing stay - it was a total jackpot! The staff was very welcoming, friendly and accomodating. We got a very nice room, it was the first night abroad of our 1 month long holiday, and it was just a perfect start. Thank you very much. P.S: the breakfast was THE BEST!

I was very satisfied with my stay! very clean and very friendly staff! I had a very minor problem with the tv control not working but the people of the hotel rushed to fix it even though I told them it was nothing to worry about! my only recommendation would be to do something about the single beds, they slide apart easily !

Location was perfect, Kos center is just 5 minutes by walking. Breakfast is more than enough. Staff is very friendly and rooms are so clean.

Mitsis Ramira is located along its private stretch of pebble beach on Psalidi, only 3.5 km from Kos Town. Free sun beds and parasols are provided on the beach and next to its 2 pools.

Great hotel with excellent staff. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Everywhere was clean, the room was cozy and also very clean, we had a sea view. Excellent and varied food and drinks. very good price-quality ratio, beautiful and well-maintained garden and swimming pools. A quieter location, but close to the main city. We thank Michalis for the excellent service on the terrace every evening. Greetings to the wonderful Janka from the hotel's souvenir shop, you will find everything there. Everything about the hotel was great, breakfast was lovely, the staff were very friendly, the atmosphere at the pool was lovely and relaxed, we could change our beach towels when we needed to, and the rooms were cleaned every day. Perfect.

Unfortunately I spent only one night in this beautiful place in Mastichari...for sure I have to come back again! I came together with my parents to Ilios and Irene little earlier than official check-in, we were greeted by Sokratis and received welcome juice after our arrival. We traveled to Mastichari by bus...after that it took us 10 minutes by walk to arrive to the place. Our apartment was really nice, clean, big enough for 3 people. I thought it is quite far from the beach but I was worried for nothing, it is only maybe like 6-7 minutes. Supermarket and restaurants are also only few minutes by walking. Of course I can not forget about the breakfast in the morning. There was everything we wanted and it was really delicious. After our check-out Sokratis organized taxi for us to the airport, which was really helpful. So...in overal I was really happy with my choice of staying and my advice for other travelers to Mastichari...Dont go anywhere else, stay at Ilios and Irene!!

Everything was wonderful! Because it was May and not all the rooms were occupied, they offered us a studio inside the complex instead of the one with street view. The studio was beyond expectations: equipped with everything that was needed, new furniture, modern bathroom, the view from the balcony to the beautiful courtyard full of flowers; everything in Greek style. Cleaning is done daily, perfectly. Only words of praise for the employees; they made a short presentation of the island and helped us with recommendations for places to visit and for car rental agencies. Location close to the beach and a lot of shops and tavernas. We would come back anytime with pleasure.
