This property exceeded our expectations. Stefano is a great host and took good care of us during our stay . He was very responsive to messages and calls . The bed was super comfortable and had a great sleep after many days of travel . The room was super spacious and clean. The hotel is located only a few steps to lake COMO , bus stop, Ferry and COMO Lago train station. Thanks Stefano for the wine , soft drink, and water in the mini bar as well as coffee and tea. We felt safe at this property. We shall return again to your beautiful property!

Pina and Marina were so kind ladies! They took us from the station and drop us back when we left for free. They meet us so kindly at their lovely apartment and prepared for us a great breakfast. the property is beautiful. staff are super welcome. the location is quite beautiful. our stay was in winter time so outside wasnt ideal but inside was super cosy and had everything we need. breakfast was also lovely and had everything we wanted. the facilities of the hotel were also good. shower was amazing

The location and the views were amazing Near to the ferry and the train station Has a cafe and a restaurant which were good And friendly staff. Good breakfast as well.
