Andrea was awesome, he took good care of us during our stay in Tirano. He was a friendly host. He had arranged for a transportation from bus station to the hotel. He greeted each one of the adults and showed kids the place around to play. He helped us with the dinner. He advanced the breakfast by 30 minutes as we had an early train to catch to.

Our accommodation found out we were vegan and went above and beyond providing the most delicious, nutritious and well rounded vegan breakfast for our family. We were blown away by the thought and care. It was totally unexpected and we were made to feel incredibly special.

We visited Tirano for Bernina train route and the hotel was a great place to rest afterwards: clean, modern, with delicious food and pizza in the restaurant. The crew is amazing and friendly: our rental car broke down while climbing the serpantine, and the whole team helped us to get to the train station, they were very kind. Thank you!

Very friendly staff making sure your stay is as pleasant as possible. Very nice room with a magnificent view of the mountains. Nice terrace in front of the hotel, also possible to eat at restaurant Bögia (owned by the hotel). Would highly recommend to try the local specialty Pizzoccheri della Valtellina!
