I loved the location, not too far from the historic centre, and the fact that a minibus took us to the post office, close to all the historic sites (and postcards only took a week to arrive in Europe). The room was lovely and big and really well equipped. Loved the fact that there was a gorgeous pool just outside the room. It was perfect after a day of tourism and very quiet. The breakfast was nice and the restaurant served lovely food. Staff members were really helpful.

This hotel was at very good location, quiet, nice and very clean, our room was very nice with balcony views and it was at the center of Luangprabang. The staff was very helpful, smiling, speaking well English and helping us for every thing during we stayed in this hotel and they also have Motorbike for rental services , it was really convenient and comfortable for us. The Breakfast was really delicious, Clean, nice and Free coffee and small drinking water. We hope to come back to staying at the hotel again in our next time.

The staff are wonderful and super helpful. Breakfast is tasty with a good amount of options. The whole place is decorated with this dark wood which is amazing, and the rooms are clean and comfy. It's very easy to get to anywhere in the peninsula you want to go from the hotel as well.

The hotel pictures on the website dont do justice as the place in reality is far better. The pool is medium size with a welcoming feeling. The hotel was absolutely first class, comfortable, peaceful, relaxing and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were all helpful and friendly. A special shout out to Ben who went over and above ensuring we had the best opportunities, and checking that things were right. The hotel provided a shuttle to go into town and would collect from wherever we wanted when we WhatsApp called. Someone even collected my husbands hat for him, he had left it in a restaurant.
