Wonderful place, wonderful host, wonderful breakfast, wonderful garden- mini jungle, wonderful swimming pool with a little jacuzzi surrounded by lots of trees with birds and squirrels giving feeling of being somewhere in the jungle. So beatiful and calmly place. Lake area is gorgeous and the view is stunning. Staff is helpful and friendly in every way. We booked at first only one night, but the we extended for 3 more days. Rooms were quiet big and comfortable. Clean and the food was ok, but not that special like we got in the rest of the country.

The property is very close to Dambulla, but still in a very quiet place surrounded by the nature. The room was big, comfortable and well designed and furnished. The food was excellent too and the people working there has been lovely! A shame we only spent one night there.

the room was so comfortable and clean. ALL of the staff were so accommodating and friendly, my boyfriend had a nut allergy and they looked after him really well, taking him through the menu and buffet at breakfast/dinner. it’s a really peaceful place with lots of wildlife and a great pool :-)

Super cozy place with the most wonderful and genuinely caring owners. The homestay is located a few hundred meters off the main road with walking distance to several restaurants. You can get to Sigiriya and Pidurangala rock within abour 10-15 min by car or tuktuk. The breakfast that the owners cooked for us was one of the best meals we had during our whole trip.
