I loved everything about this place, from the rural idealic location to the extras like the hot tub and sauna but most of all I have to complement Neja and janja. The organised last minute rafting for us within an hour and also provided an amazing bike for my husband to go on an early cycle before we left. They also gave great advice on a hike straight from the door! Highly recommend if looking for something a bit different in Kobarid region!

Everything. Location is perfect, a 2 min walk to the lake (just miss some restaurants nearby). The property is great, the garden is wonderful with the "green" river running through it, and there are chairs and table so you can chill and have a drink there. Jana, the host, is fantastic, helping with utilities (coffee machine,..) and giving tips for discovering the area. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious (fresh fruits, bread, sweets and salty food). Drinks and sweets are available all day long. The room was also very nice, large and with a little fridge. 4 nights was not enough!

Housed in a historic telephone central office surrounded by green sceneries, Hotel Dobra Vila features a wine boutique and air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi.

The location was walkable to dinner and a pub. The staff was spot on in making recommendations of not only food and drinks, but, also the most scenic route we should take to our next destination. And it was spectacular through the mountain pass! Loved it! And also the fantastic breakfast!

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL chalet. We were lucky to get A1, with a separate bedroom upstairs. Amazing view of the mountain, super comfortable bed and couch. Fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Great little coffee machine. Well located for vogel ski resort (walkable, about 800m) and very near hiking trails. Cannot speak highly enough of friendliness and communication of the host. Extremely good value for money. Perfect for a family, or honeymoon destination. The Valley is unbelievably beautiful, and Aplik is so perfectly located for a getaway. We would love to return in the summer. 11/10

Everything was absolutely perfect!! If you are visiting Bovec, make sure this is your place. Everything from the check in to the check out to the house itself was great! It is so spacious and it feels like being home away from home. The house is only 7-8 minutes away on foot from the bus station and from Mercator (the closest grocery shop), super close to the other restaurants and overall very well equipped for cooking and staying. I am definitely planning to come back for a longer stay!

The location was great, close walk im to the town center. Close drive to activities and sights. The room was amazing as well, clean and spacious. Outdoor areas were good to relax in. Hosts were kind and made good recommendations.

The newly built Hotel Mangart can be found in Bovec on the edge of the Triglav National Park. The rooms and suites feature a balcony, a cable TV, a mini bar and free Wi-Fi.

Hotel receptionist was extremely accommodating and upgraded us to a suite. Even though we arrived late (as the kitchen was closing, she said it was no problem and we could order dinner. The staff was very friendly and the location was great! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

We were a family of 4 adults and found the quad room perfect for our needs, very spacious and allowing enough privacy from our two sons. Kelly was a great host, very accommodating in allowing us to check in early and full of helpful advice on local hikes and excursions. Breakfast was fabulous with fresh pastries, good coffee and lots of hot and cold options. The hotel is well located, close to the bus stop and only a short walk to the lake. The Foksner restaurant nearby specializes in gourmet burgers which hit the spot after a long day in the hills. Highly recommend hiring kayaks for a morning on the lake. Happy memories and many thanks.

this is one of the most spectacularly beautiful hotels I have ever visited. the timber exterior and interiors are beautiful. the staff are super smart, helpful, direct and honest, and the quality of the restaurant was excellent
