We loved the friendly and happy design of the hotel and rooms; it was extravagant and gave a good feeling. Employees especially concierge have been very helpful and friendly. we loved the walking distance to central park in the morning and the live jazz evening in the hotel bar for evening. i was surprised about the silence in the rooms, especially since we have been so centrally located. We loved our terrace to sit in the mornings or evenings. we will be back again!

We had a slight issue with our flights. Booking.com and the hotel were incredible. On arriving 2 days later than planned we had the most lovely welcome. The staff couldn't do enough to help and make sure you had all you needed. The breakfast was great, the wine and cheese evening was lovely. The hosts in both were so friendly and interested in your plans and also shared recommendations, too. The only shame was having to leave 😪 Such a great stay, cleaned daily and would deffo return.
