Our room was always clean and tidy thanks to Jaffar, who changed towels twice a day, cleaned and provided everything necessary for a comfortable stay in the room, everything was perfectly clean and fresh! The restaurant has a wide selection of dishes, everything is prepared only from fresh products, the staff is very polite and always with a smile on their face. I really liked the fact that on my daughter's birthday, the staff came at 00:00 to congratulate her with wishes, cake and fruit, and in the afternoon our room was decorated with rose petals and the inscription Happy birthday. It was so nice and sweet. Thank you for your work and attention! This attention is very pleasant for vacationers! I want to wish you good luck, prosperity and success!

Juma was great and the staff was amazing. Food was great and services was perfect. I recommend this place and will be back again.

Jumeirah Al Naseem is a luxurious 5-star beachfront hotel, nestled along a 2 km stretch of private beach. Its extensive landscaped grounds feature picturesque canal-style waterways. The spacious rooms offer furnished private balconies with views of either the Arabian Gulf or the hotel’s lush grounds. The service was exceptional: from the staff who handled our luggage and got taxies, to the reception desk stuff (Al-Christy was amazing), to the room attendants. The service was wonderful. The beach was good, clean, nice sand, a lot of chairs. the staff would bring towels and filtered water to the beach chairs. The ocean entry was a but shallow at first, but it was still very good, the water was clean and we could see fish in the water. Food at breakfast and dinner was very tasty and well presented, great variety of different cuisines. The hotel is beautifully decorated and feels welcoming and relaxing. We enjoyed our room and the balcony. The bathroom was exceptional. There was also filtered water in the room and tea/coffee facilities included.
