The Schrannenhof is a lovingly restored, 15th-century town house in the centre of Klosterneuburg with excellent transport connections to Vienna.

The rich breakfast buffet in the medieval basement vault is an ideal start to your day. Hotel Schrannenhof also offers romantic rooms, some with a four-poster bed. Nice atmosphere, cosy and comfortable. The staf is friendly and accomodating and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is placed central of Klosterneuburg, so you can enjoy the city and aroundings, and easy take the bus or train to Wienna or other places. We had a 6 nights stay, and will recommend this place for averyone who wants a nice, quietly and comfortable stay.

Unfortunately, we only stayed for a night, but it is definitely on our comeback list. We booked the most luxurious room in the hotel and it is really worth it. Absolutely huge suite, with extremely comfortable beds. Barhroom is imense and you have all the facilities in it. The Therme Spa was the highlight of our stay with everything that you need in it for some well deserved relaxation

Enjoy a wide range of culinary delights, from the family’s own wine to homemade pastries and other delicacies, as well as a tasty and rich breakfast buffet. this room was everything we needed for a soft landing in Vienna. it's located in Achau just 20 min drive from vienna airport. we arrived very late (11 PM) and an envelope with our name and room key was taped to the front door. that was very warm and welcoming. the shower was great. very comfy beds. excellent breakfast with lots of choices. if you have no place to stay next the airport this is an excellent choice.
