We are about 10mins walk to City Center, Pub Street, Night market and Old market. And around 7km from Angkor Wat temple and 49km from Siem Reap–Angkor International Airport. I really liked this central area and the breakfast was really good. Also the staff was super friendly and welcoming :) Thank you, I will come back :)

Spacious rooms. Very clean. Great food in the hotel restaurant (including breakfast). Super convenient location in Siem Reap (close to the city centre, but distant enough to be quiet). Great accomodations on the way to Anghor. I stayed only for 2 nights but really enjoyed it. The National Museum is just in 5 minutes from hotel. Using a hotels tuk Tuk service I could easily get to the city centre (Market, Pub Street, caffes) in the same 5 minutes. The room was perfect, clean and new. Also you could experience three swimming pools and a nice restaraunt (they have their own products from farm) for a good price. Stuff was the best part! The kindest people who always support you during the whole stay. Besides doing their job perfectly, they even can inspire you, make you day and tell you more about Cambodia, because the Community is not only a slogan. The staff were very friendly and responsive, breakfasts and dinners were also excellent. Help with tuk-tuks also excellent.

The en-suite bathroom offers shower facility, a slipper, a hairdryer, bathrobes and free toiletries Just coming to the end of our stay and what a fantastic hotel it is, the team working within the property are very friendly and very helpful especially the team at the front desk always helping me out with things i needed, The check-in was quick and the pickup at the bus station was seemless very happy with the free pick up and how well the driver drives. The room are comfortable and clean while the wifi works great nothing much to complain about, amenities was missing in the room but it was just one quick call alway. Great place overall, would love to come back!

The hotel exceeded expectations in every aspect - HUGE room, great pool with happy hour cocktails, amazing service, very good breakfast. Very good value for money and great location. It even had a washing machine ready for use. I will recommend it to every person and family that visits Siem Reap!

Jungle in the city centre - To explore the city on foot at your own leisurely pace, “The Urban” is the best choice. Decorated in a traditional Khmer style, the air-conditioned rooms come with a work desk. Each room has a private bathroom with a hot shower. Stayed in a lot of hotels while travelling South East Asia but the Urban was one of the best. Fantastic staff, extremely friendly on arrival right until you checkout. They even offered us use of the pool and a spare room to shower on our final day as our flight was late in the evening. Really clean hotel with gorgeous facilities and lovely food. It’s right in the centre and walking distance from the main streets. The afternoon tea is also a bonus. I don’t know why the hotel hasn’t got more stars. 10/10.
