Amazing staff, who helped us when we were late to the check-in, as well as helped us with parking, getting the suitcases, and explaining to us anything we needed to know. Great location (We had a car and we didn't need it for getting around), and awesome Ryokan. a very nice room, amazing private onsen (with both reserved and first-come-first-serve onsens), and a pretty good Japanese breakfast. I hired a yukata and took some gorgeous photos wearing it with the great bamboo decor. The room was very spacious for Japan and had a great view of the mountains from our balcony. The dinner and breakfast were delicious. The onsen followed by a massage was pure indulgence. The staff were very friendly and speaks English well.
