Best customer service, clean, wonderful experience. Food was excellent. Easy to purchase items such as sake and dessert cookies. Arranged for our taxis and shuttle service. Room was spacious and lovely with a wonderful view. Highly recommend.

A truly unforgettable stay at Ryokan Hakone Fura. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality and attention to detail from the host made us feel incredibly welcome. Every aspect of our experience was exceptional. The traditional Japanese room was spacious, serene, and perfect for our family of four. It was beautifully maintained, blending comfort with authentic Japanese aesthetics. One of the standout highlights was the exquisite kaiseki-style dinner and breakfast. Each dish was a work of art, showcasing seasonal ingredients with refined flavors and elegant presentation. It was a culinary experience we won’t forget—every bite reflected the care and tradition behind Japanese cuisine. The onsen was another highlight—clean and soothing Most importantly, the hospitality here goes above and beyond. The host was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. We felt truly cared for, like guests in someone’s cherished home. Hakone Fura is an absolute gem. We can’t wait to return.

The room is spacious and clean. Staffs are attentive and friendly. Dinner and breakfast are included. Dinner is a 10 course meal like fine dining and breakfast is a big spread as well. We are shocked by the amount of the food but all are delicious and we finished everything. They also give a small surprised by giving my sister a small cake at the end of the 10 course meal as is my sis’s birthday. So nice of them. Will come back again.
