Group of Australian friends skiing at Nozawa Onsen, our host was such a great guy, drove us to Nozawa Onsen and back every day and helped out with everything, charming place and the Japenese beds are more comfortable than I thought they would be. Already miss the place!

Loved the traditional Japanese room, and the Japanese breakfasts were fantastic. I stayed in the Japanese-Style Quadruple Room with Private Bathroom, which was very luxurious as a solo traveller. The staff were very courteous and helpful.

The private onsen was very pleasant and allowed couples to bath together unlike the public baths. The location was very convenient for access to the public onsen also with numbers 1 and 2 only 100 meters or so away. The Japanese breakfast and dinner included with the room was excellent with very attentive and personal service.
