We were rained down and the last bus was late. Luckily we got a taxi to be there on time for check-in and the friendly staff was exceptionally helpful in making sure we got dry and comfortable as fast as possible. Literally seconds after arrival all stress from being late and wet were taken away. The room view was stunning even with a heavy mist in the evening of arrival and after an incredible evening meal we enjoyed the hot baths.

The hotel staying was very accomodating. The staff was very attentive. I was dumbfounded when I saw the view of hotel and Ashinoko. Great place for a weekend getaway and family trip.

The Dinner was an amazing cultural experience as was the Private Onsen, the staff were very proffesional and helpful, and the facility was very clean and comfortable.
