Staff service was over any expectations, they informed me about the transport situation before I got there and helped me arranging my trip back. The tea in the rooms comes from their fields and is so good. The facility has an old history and is well maintained and beautiful, no need to even mention the onsen inside.. Beautiful Ryokan in a great location. The onsen is lovely and the food is absolutely amazing. The little details provided by the staff really made the experience feel special and personalised (from the welcoming message, gift for the kids, help with the bags and detailed explanations). The room is also beautiful and well equipped. I left wanting to stay longer :-)
