Location of the hotel Well-trained staff, available to offer solutions - which is normality when you work in this field. Breakfast, although after 4 nights we got tired of eating the same things The restaurant with potential, although the guests were staying, charged us the service tax, a nonsense invented in developed countries like Hungary, where they charge the service tax even though they don't offer me the open buffet option to serve myself if I don't want to pay the tax. 5 out of 7 restaurants have this fee

Over all very good hotel for relaxation and quiet time, the pools ...the sauna..and the hot springs love them. 9 of 10

At the key pickup point, there were a lot of people driving the front desk lady crazy with a bunch of nonsense. No matter all that the front desk girl (she was wearing a white hijab and glasses) was super nice and polite and she was very helpful with everything. You should keep her and take care of her because she is really doing an amazing job and making your customers feel Welcomed. Also the cleaning ladies were really helpful. The room was convenient and suitable, we even booked more days with them.

The hotel is clean and the location is great! Really close to the Metro, tram and buses. It’s also closed to the airport bus e100. The breakfasts were ‘a la carte’ and it was good. Not traditional breakfast but tasty.

Great location, easy check in and relatively clean room. Bathroom could use a deeper cleaning but overall surfaces were clean, Im just very picky. The third bed-the futon was not very comfortable but the regular two beds upstairs were great👍we didnt see anyone from the staff until check out but no problems

Location is closeby to the center. Staff is exceptionally nice and helpful. We asked about the best places to eat and best places to go for hot springs.

The AC, the futon was comfortable and the position is 25 min walk from the main center area. Overall I am deeply disappointed in this place and I dont recommend it.
