Good no-nonsense accomodation. Large spacious apartment with quality appliances. Perfect location in quiet area and close to train/tram/bus station. Good variety for breakfast with hot and cold options and helpful staff. Large combo grocery/pharmacy/housewares store within easy walking distance. Secure building with friendly staff.

Micaela was very welcoming when we arrived. Our rooms were clean and equipped with everything we needed. We also had a traditional breakfast in the morning which was delicious, the homemade cakes especially! Micaela also gave us useful tips for getting around Verona. Thank you!

Absolutely outstanding. The best place to stay in Venice for the price and cannot recommend it enough. The view on the roof is amazing and Maurizio the owner is extremely helpful. Lovely coffee and tea making facilities are available and a variety of cakes, bread and cereals in lieu of a traditional breakfast is available for all guests.

hot spring pool is very nice and clean . good breakfast. they have big park dog also very happy to stay:-) very good price and nice facility.
