For your comfort, you will find free toiletries and a hairdryer. Luck You Kyoto features free WiFi throughout the property. The service is great. They offer Coffee and tea in the afternoon. The breakbast was limited but OK. The bathroom was clean. The beds were confortable. They offer a ticket to the onsen nearby which was excellent.

It provides a tour desk and a bar on the ground floor. Free WiFi is available in all areas. Definitely one of the highlights of my trip! Really able to hit a couple of items off with this in. I love that they have English speaking staff. I'm surprised to meet fellow Filipinos working there. It was such an awesome welcome. The rooms were amazing and spacious. I slept like a baby with the futon they prepared for me. Ordered a traditional breakfast which did not disappoint. And the private bath really soothed my tired bones after long walks going around Kyoto. Would definitely stay there again!

Facing the central shopping street of the Kinosaki Onsen hot spring area, Morizuya offers authentic Japanese-style accommodation, hot spring baths and Japanese dining. Guests can wear colourful yukata robes at the property. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. Two amazing Onsen in the property, the rooms are fantastic and the owner is the nicest.

Rooms feature tatami-mat flooring, comfortable futon bedding and paper sliding screens. They are fitted with an LCD TV and a safe. Bathroom facilities are shared, and the public baths are open 16:00-22:00 and 06:00-09:00 daily. I really loved the ajinkan meditation and how the monk was kind and cheerful and pleasant. It was such a nice experience to learn something new and to have such a pleasant person that you can ask about meditation. It was so nice! The dinner was really fantastic and I was most pleasantly surprised how warm the room was because it was cold season.

Founded in the 12th century and beloved by Junichiro Tanizaki and other Japanese novelists, Tosen Goshobo is the oldest of the hot-spring inns at Arima. Standing beside the Taki River, it features outdoor hot-spring baths and traditional in-room meals and is a 5-minute walk from Arima Onsen Train Station. The Japanese rooms have traditional futon bedding and a minibar. I liked everything, the staff are superb (thank you Mina, you are the best!), the food is amazing, the hot spring are relaxing, it is very clean and the location is the best in town.

Seikoro Ryokan is located in Kyoto, a 7-minute drive from JR Kyoto Station. Featuring traditional Japanese-style accommodation, it offers a public bath and massage services. Free Wi-Fi access is available at the entire property. We only stayed one night but it was worth it. We were looking into a traditional Ryokan experience and that’s what we received. The complete staff was super kind, they welcomed us, received our bags before check in and later when we came up they welcomed us with tea and local sweets. In the night we had our kaiseki dinner (13 courses) it was a lot but definitely an experience to remember. Not good tho for sensitive paladars, be prepared to eat everything. The girl who served as our host was super nice and explained us everything. The private bath was also a highlight. We loved every second.

Units are complete with a private bathroom, while certain units at the ryokan also provide guests with a seating area. The private outdoor bath was amazing. Beautiful room design and decorations. Large and comfortable room with a complimentary minibar. Great hospitality from the staff. Highly recommend the breakfast option. 10/10 location 5 minutes walk from gojo and Kyoto station
