Fantastic place, I think the best one since I started booking apartments (instead of hotel rooms). Very clean and with every thing I needed. The area is very quiet. For the city center you better take the car which finds a super parking in the property. Only WiFi was instable (highs and lows) but I was in Wels not for to stay online... By next occasion in the area I certainly will try to book again there.

Hude appartment and has even two terrasses. Had all that might be needeed, communication with owner was very smooth.
